Dr Philip Toua MBBS DCH FRACGP

Philip is also the Practice Principal. Philip has been working in Canberra as a GP for over 12 years. Prior to this he worked at a large medical centre in Tuggeranong, and has worked in general practice in NSW and South Australia. He has solid paediatric experience from New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and The Children’s Hospital Westmead, NSW. He has also worked in Indigenous Health in Arnhem Land, NT and Port Augusta, SA. Philip brings to the Practice specific expertise in child and adolescent health and men’s health but has experience and skills in all areas of general practice. 

Dr Janine Kelly MBBS BSc(med) FRACGP DRANZCOG BTh

Janine has worked as a GP in Dubbo, Sydney and Canberra. While in Dubbo she completed a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Her special interests include women's health and paediatrics. Janine is kept busy working part-time with looking after her family of 3 young children. 

Dr Andrew Boyden B Rural Sc BMBS MPH FRACGP

Andrew studied medicine in Adelaide and trained and worked as a GP in Melbourne prior to working with government and non-government organisations  in the areas of  public health, health education, clinical guidelines development and health policy. Until recently he spent several years as the Heart Foundation's  national director of clinical issues where he developed particular interests in the prevention and management of chronic diseases including heart disease and diabetes.

Dr Sándor Értz MBBS

Sándor is a GP and a graduate of the ANU Medical School. Since graduating he has worked for three years as a medical officer at the Canberra and Calvary Hospitals, and then spent one year as a GP Registrar at West Belconnen Health Co-op. He is interested in all areas of general practice.

Dr Sue Baglow MB BS DRCOG

Sue is a University of Queensland graduate with 30 years experience as a general practitioner across a wide
range of fields. She obtained her Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Scotland and has since worked in general practice, mostly in Queensland, but over the last 2 years in Melbourne. She recently moved with her husband to Canberra to spend more time with their daughter. Sue's medical interests include antenatal care, paediatrics, women's health, men's health, refugee health, medical education, and all aspects of holistic patient care.

Dr Promila Pratap MBBS

Dr Promila is fellow of RACGP Australia who did her MBBS from Christian Medical College Punjab, India in 1995. She has recently moved from a Queensland rural Family Medical Practice and brings with her a wealth of medical experience and skills which includes Chronic Diseases, Aged Care and Paediatrics. Her clinical interests include minor skin procedures and she is involved with care in asthma, diabetics and Mental Health plans. She believes in cutting edge modern medicine served with good old fashioned Family medical practice style.

Dr Charlotte Palmer MBBS DRANZCOG FRACGP Grad Dip. Forensic Med

Charlotte Palmer enthusiastically returned to General Practice 2009. In the previous 20 years she had been the doctor at the ACT Women’s Health Service. While not losing contact with General Practice, this role had a particular emphasis on mental health, health consequences of violence, homelessness, and alcohol and other drug issues. During that time she attended women in prison facilities for ACT Corrections Health and was involved in the institution and then contributing to the work load for the adult sexual assault team of ACT Health. She has had experience in general hospital, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology in Melbourne and then Royal Canberra Hospital and Woden Hospital in the ACT. She was a General Practitioner in remote rural North East Victoria for ten years. She looks forward to further hiking with her partner and moving into a new home in inner north Canberra. She has two adult daughters, and two grandchildren.

Dr Geetha Isaac-Toua MBBS MPH PhD FAFPHM (RACP)

Geetha is a public health physician and has been working in this capacity in Canberra for the past 12 years. During this time, she has worked with both ACT Health and Commonwealth Health as a Senior Medical Advisor. Her specific areas of interest are in prevention and management of chronic diseases and lifestyle risk factors. She is involved in developing preventative health programs for patients of the Practice.
